Saturday, March 10, 2012, 6:30 to 9:30 pm:  Our full Mountain Folk Band entertains again at the annual Frontier Feast at the Reading Liederkranz high atop Reading's scenic Mount Penn, 143 Spook Lane, Reading, PA  19606.  Each year this event sells out and tickets are limited!  You get to enjoy an evening of bluegrass, folk and mountain music as well as a bountiful buffet of delicious home-cooked foods, many from heritage recipes from the frontier days!  Menu includes venison, carved buffalo, prairie chicken, chuck wagon chili, rocky mountain oysters, bread pudding, several different styles of salads and much more!  The event is put on by the G.T.V. Edelweiss Dancers whose mission is to preserve traditional alpine folk music, dancing and costumes.  Tickets in advance are $35.00 per person.
