The Mountain Folk Band

March 27, 2004: Our Mountain Folk Band will be the featured entertainment at the "Frontier Feast" at the Reading Liederkranz Club, Spook Lane, Reading, Pennsylvania.  Entertainment and dinner begins at 6:30PM.  We'll be playing bluegrass and traditional folk music that pioneers and frontier folk would have enjoyed.  In fact, on this night, everyone who comes is a pioneer or frontiersman (or woman), and you're invited to get into it by dressing in frontier garb!  So get out your buckskins and cowboy hats and come and have fun!  

The ticket price includes all of the delicious food and the musical entertainment.  This night is a follow up to the club's popular annual sold out night called "Jager Abend" which means "Hunter or Wild Game Night."  All of the food will offer a unique taste of the frontier, and will include venison, buffalo, salmon, rattlesnake, and much more!
